Dear Church of Wyebrook,
It is always good to write a note to you about the goodness of the Lord to us. I am thankful that God is continuing to be faithful to his people here at Wyebrook. There are many good things that we see the Lord doing and thank you for your part in that. Just to mention a few:
· Isn’t it great to see Sister Esther doing well and back at church regularly?
· We had a good number of people stay with us for the luncheon last Sunday and the fellowship was as good if not better than the food. Thanks to all who helped.
· We have had a few new faces coming out to church on a regular basis and as we continue to invite and touch base with people we by faith can look for a few more.
· I have been encouraged by those who have taken the church challenge to read the book of Psalms last month and the book of Matthew in February. Even some of our children in Awana are taking this challenge to get into God’s word. How about you?
· I had the privilege to lead a new bride to Christ back in January and see her husband rededicate himself to the Lord.
Many times the question comes to mind and maybe yours too, what is the Lord doing? He has promised us in Jeremiah 33:3 “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” Thanks for your prayers for Kathy and I and for the church. God’s word is still good. Let’s keep on asking in faith and see him doing some great things. For he alone is faithful. Bless his holy name. Psalm 103:1.
Join us at Yoder’s Saturday, February 25th at 6:00 p.m. A room is reserved for us and if you will sign up on the sheet on the table under the bulletin board with a number by your name we will know how many to expect.
Dependent upon the Master,
Pastor Perry
